In accordance with and pursuant to the authority
of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1 et seq., the Drug-Free Zone Map of the Township
of Florence dated April 15, 2004, and revised December 15, 2004, and
prepared by Dante Guzzi Engineering Associates, the Township Municipal
Engineer, is hereby approved and adopted as the official finding and
record of the locations and areas within the municipality property
which are used as a "public housing facility," "public park" and "public
building" as defined by N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1(f) and of the areas on
or within 500 feet of such public housing facility, public park or
public building.
