A. 
Whenever a zoning permit is required, an application shall be submitted on the form established by the Zoning Officer, with the approval of the Township Administrator, and shall include the following information:
(1) 
The owner and the address of the premises where the use, structure, fence or shed is to be located.
(2) 
The name and address of the company or person installing the use, structure, fence or shed.
(3) 
Whenever the zoning permit is required for the placement of a structure, fence or shed, the application shall have attached a copy of the survey of the property showing the specific location, height and design of the proposed structure, fence or shed and the streets abutting and the nearest street intersection.
(4) 
Where appropriate for the identification of the design, the Zoning Officer may require photographs of the style of the proposed structure, fence or shed.
(5) 
Any deed restrictions affecting the property on which the structure, fence or shed is to be erected or constructed shall not be superseded by this section.
B. 
There is hereby established an application fee for a zoning permit as established in Schedule A of Chapter 2 of the Code of the Township of Florence. Zoning permit fees are charged in addition to any construction code fees that may be required.

C. 
No structure, fence or shed shall be constructed or maintained which is not in accordance with the application and the zoning permit.
