A.
The Mayor and Director of Finance/Treasurer of the borough
are hereby authorized to sign the payroll checks for the borough.
B.
If either the Mayor or Director of Finance/Treasurer
is unable to sign the payroll checks, then the designees of the Mayor or the
Director of Finance/Treasurer shall sign the checks, which designee or designees
shall be limited to borough officials.
