There is hereby created the position of Assessment
Search Officer in the Township of Franklin, County of Hunterdon and
State of New Jersey. The person appointed to this position shall be
responsible for conducting searches to determine the status of real
estate tax assessments in said Township of Franklin. Fees and costs
for the same shall be as set by the Township Committee from time to
time.
There is hereby created the position of Tax
Search Officer in the Township of Franklin, County of Hunterdon and
State of New Jersey. The person appointed to this position shall be
responsible for conducting searches to determine the status of real
estate tax payments in said Township of Franklin. Fees and costs for
the same shall be as set by the Township Committee from time to time.
