The following locations are hereby designated
as twenty-five-miles-per-hour horse crossing zones as determined by
the Township Engineer:

The Township Road Department shall install such
signs as are in conformance with the locations designated.
Any person who violates the designated speed
limit shall be subject to such fines and penalties as provided for
by statute.
