Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating
any of the provisions of or any order promulgated under this chapter
shall, upon conviction hereof, pay a penalty of not more than $1,000
nor less than $50 for each violation. Each day or part of thereof
a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
The Fire Marshal/Fire Official shall enforce
the provisions of this chapter.
