No land shall be disturbed by any person until such time as a plan for
erosion and sediment control in accordance with the standards has been approved
and a valid land disturbance permit or building permit has been issued by
the Township Construction Code Official.
No subdivision, site plan or land development plan shall be approved
unless it includes a soil erosion and sediment control plan in accordance
with the provisions of this chapter.
