A.
The following fees are hereby fixed and established
for services extended and materials distributed by the Municipal Court:
(1)
Copy or report of pleas and disposition of summonses:

B.
The above fees may be waived in cases where a defendant
is represented by a Public Defender or by counsel assigned by the
Municipal Court.
C.
All moneys received by the Municipal Court for the
above fees shall be accounted for and included in the Municipal Court's
monthly report to the Mayor and Council. All funds remitted to the
Borough Treasurer.
