No person shall make a U-turn at any of the following locations:

No person shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop) indication at any of the following locations whenever an official sign is presented prohibiting such a turn on a red signal:
A.
South Avenue and Center Street - all approaches.
Vehicles exiting Pathmark from the easterly driveway shall be prohibited from making a left-hand turn into South Avenue. For the purposes of this chapter, a left-hand turn is hereby defined to include any course of travel which crosses or enters into the easterly bound land of South Avenue.
A left-hand turn is prohibited when exiting the Central Business District Parking Plaza at the intersection of South Avenue and Center Street.

No person shall make a left turn at the following locations:
A.
South from the driveway located at 214-216 North Avenue to east on North Avenue/Route 28.
B.
South from the driveway located at 252 North Avenue to east on North Avenue/Route 28.
C.
North from the driveway located at 251 North Avenue to west on North Avenue/Route 28.
D.
North from the center driveway at Garwood Plaza (301 North Avenue) to west on North Avenue/Route 28.
E.
North from the westerly driveway at Garwood Plaza (301 North Avenue) to west on North Avenue/Route 28.
