No person shall enter or exit the Garwood Mall Shopping Center except as so designated:
A. 
The easterly driveway of the Garwood Mall Shopping Center is designated as an entrance and exit.
B. 
The East Street Driveway of the Garwood Mall Shopping Center is designated as an exit only.
C. 
The middle westerly driveway of the Garwood Mall Shopping Center is designated as an entrance only.
D. 
The westerly driveway of the Garwood Mall Shopping Center is designated as an exit only.
(1) 
Vehicles exiting from the Garwood Mall from the westerly drive shall make right turns only.
(2) 
Vehicles traveling easterly on South Avenue are prohibited from making a left turn into the Garwood Mall at the westerly driveway.
