It is the intention of the Governing Body of the Borough of Garwood
that this chapter be read in pari material with all other applicable ordinances
within the Borough of Garwood. Any ordinances or parts of ordinances which
are inconsistent with or conflict with the provisions of this article are
hereby repealed.
