No stormwater management system shall be constructed unless approval is granted by the Planning Board and the Borough Engineer as indicated in Article VII, § 358-23, of Chapter 358, Subdivision of Land. All stormwater management systems and stormwater conveyance systems must meet NJDEP regulations and must follow NJDEP Best Management Practices (BMPs).
