There shall be a Division of Community Affairs,
the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of which shall be members of
the Council.
The Borough Administrator shall act as Director
of the Division of Community Affairs, and he or she shall utilize
such personnel from his or her staff as may be required.

There is hereby established within the Division
of Community Affairs a Senior Citizen Advisory Committee which shall
consist of 10 members appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent
of the Borough Council. The Committee shall concern itself with matters
pertaining to the general welfare of the senior citizens, including
but not limited to housing and such other duties which may be appropriately
assigned. The Committee shall, from time to time, report to the Borough
Council. Members of the Committee shall serve for terms of one year
and until their successors are approved and qualified.
