The provisions of this chapter shall be administered
by the Planning Board of Kingwood Township in accordance with N.J.S.A.
40:55D-1 et seq., its amendments and supplements thereto, or the Kingwood
Township Board of Adjustment where so authorized to act; provided
that in the case of a decision by the Board of Adjustment, the time
permitted shall be 120 days from the date of submission of a complete
application rather than the time specified for the Planning Board
so to act by this chapter.
