The following described Township roads are hereby
designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the
near right side of every side road intersecting the through streets,
except where yield signs are called for,[1] and at designated stop intersections.[2]
A.
Barbertown - Point Breeze Road - Fitzer Road.

Between County Route 519 and Barbertown - Point Breeze
Road (at Fitzer Road).

The intersection of Barbertown - Point Breeze Road
- Fitzer Road and Barbertown - Point Breeze Road is hereby designated
as a stop intersection with a stop sign to be placed on the easterly
approach of Barbertown - Point Breeze Road facing westbound traffic.

Between Barbertown - Point Breeze Road - Fitzer Road
and Locktown Road.

The intersection of Barbertown - Point Breeze Road
- Locktown Road and Barbertown - Point Breeze Road is hereby designated
as a stop intersection with stop signs to be placed on the westerly
approach of Barbertown - Point Breeze Road facing eastbound traffic
and on the northerly approach of Locktown Road facing southbound traffic.

The following described intersections are hereby
designated as stop intersections:

Oak Summit Road and Pittstown Road. Stop signs shall
be installed on Pittstown Road.

Oak Grove Road and Hampton Road. Stop signs shall
be installed on Hampton Road.
C.
Horseshoe Bend Road and Spring Hill Road. Stop signs
shall be installed on Spring Hill Road.
D.
Barbertown - Idell Road and Warsaw Road. Stop signs
shall be installed on Warsaw Road.
E.
Federal Twist Road and Lockatong Road. Stop signs
shall be installed on Lockatong Road.
F.
Federal Twist Road and Milltown Road. Stop signs shall
be installed on Milltown Road.
G.
Kingwood-Locktown Road and Hammar Road. Stop signs
shall be installed on Hammar Road.
H.
Warsaw Road and Tumble-Idell Road. A stop sign shall
be placed on Tumble-Idell Road.

Tumble-Idell Road and Hill Road. A stop sign shall
be installed on Hill Road.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections
herein described are designated as multi-way stop intersections. Stop
signs shall be installed as provided herein.

The following intersections are designated as
yield intersections.
A.
Fairview Road and Horseshoe Bend Road. A yield sign
shall be installed on Horseshoe Bend Road.
B.
Oak Summit Road and Hampton Road. A yield sign shall
be installed on the southerly approach of Hampton Road facing northbound
Hampton Road traffic.
C.
Oak Summit Road and Hampton Road. A yield sign shall
be installed on the easterly approach of Hampton Road facing westbound
Hampton Road traffic.
Modified W2-1 crossroad warning signs shall
be installed as follows:
A.
On the near right side of the easterly approach of
Barbertown — Point Breeze Road facing westbound traffic at a
point approximately 250 feet in advance of Locktown Road.
B.
On the near right side of the southerly approach of
Locktown Road facing northbound traffic at a point approximately 300
feet in advance of Barbertown — Point Breeze Road.
All signs shall be in accordance with state
regulations and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute,
every person convicted of a violation of this article or any supplement
thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $1,000 and/or
by imprisonment for up to 15 days and/or by a period of community
service not exceeding 90 days, in the discretion of the court.
