Township of Lumberton, NJ Article IV Enforcement and Penalties

§ 248-18 Enforcement.

This Part shall be enforced by Lumberton Township Code Enforcement Officer and by the Lumberton Township Police Department and/or other municipal officials of the Township of Lumberton.

§ 248-19 Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm, corporation, association or legal party whatsoever who shall violate, or authorize or procure a violation, or cause to be violated, any provision of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided under § 1-11 governing general penalty provisions. If the state requires, limits or expands potential minimum or maximum penalties in contradiction to this Part, state law shall apply.
