Township of Manalapan, NJ Article III Adoption of Renumbering of 2002 Code

§ 1-20 Adoption of renumbering.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-4, the ordinances of the Township of Manalapan of a general and permanent nature adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Manalapan on October 27, 1993, by Ord. No. 93-30, as renumbered to consist of Chapters 1 through 234, together with an Appendix, are hereby approved, adopted, ordained and enacted as the "Code of the Township of Manalapan," hereinafter known and referred to as the "Code."
