There shall be established a Cable Television Coordinator, who shall be responsible for the coordination of all Township broadcast facilities and cable franchising agreements with the advise of the Cable Television Advisory Committee.
A. 
The Cable Television Coordinator shall be appointed by majority vote of the Township Committee and shall hold office at the pleasure of the Township Committee.
B. 
Any vacancy in said office shall be filled by appointment of the Township Committee.
C. 
During the absence or disability of the duly appointed Cable Television Coordinator, the Township Committee may, by resolution, appoint an officer or regular employee of the municipality or a volunteer to perform such duties of the Cable Television Coordinator during such absence or disability.
D. 
The Cable Television Coordinator shall not have a set term of appointment, but shall serve at the will of the Township Committee who may remove him/her from office at any time for any reason or no reason.
E. 
Nothing herein shall prevent the Cable Television Coordinator from having another paid position for the Township.
The Cable Television Coordinator shall be under the direct supervision of the Township Administrator and shall have those powers and duties set forth for the Cable Television Coordinator in Chapter 4 of the Code of the Township of Manalapan.
