The Chief of Police, with the approval of the Township Committee,
may from time to time promulgate rules and regulations supplementing
this chapter in order to provide for recordkeeping, efficient management
and administration of said system.
All existing alarm systems, commercial or residential, shall
comply with the terms and conditions of this chapter.
Any person, firm or corporation found guilty in the Municipal Court of the Township of Manalapan for violation of the terms of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty, of this Code except as otherwise indicated in this chapter.
