There shall be a Municipal Attorney appointed
by the Mayor and Council as provided in N.J.S.A. 40:87-16. Said appointment
shall be by resolution in the manner provided by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a),
as amended. Said appointment shall be for a period of one (1) year
or any portion thereof as may be required in the event, for whatever
reason, the appointed attorney does not complete his term of office.
During his appointment, he shall be duly admitted to the practice
of law in the State of New Jersey.
There shall be a Municipal Engineer appointed
by the Mayor and Council as provided in N.J.S.A. 40:87-16. Said appointment
shall be by resolution in the manner provided by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a).
Said appointment shall be for a period of one (1) year or any portion
thereof as may be required in the event, for whatever reason, the
appointed engineer does not complete his term of office.
