The borough shall by resolution adopt an employee
handbook which shall not supersede but shall be in conformance with
the provisions of this chapter and other applicable federal and state
laws. The handbook may be amended from time to time by the governing
body by the adoption of the appropriate form of resolution but shall
otherwise remain continuously in full force and effect upon its adoption.
