A Division of Fire Prevention in the Fire Department
of the Village of East Rochester is hereby created, which shall be
operated under the Chief and Assistant Chiefs.
A. It shall be the duty of the Division of Fire Prevention
to accomplish the following:
(2) The investigation of causes, origin and circumstances
of fires.
(3) The conducting of fire prevention educational campaigns
and the preparation and circularization of fire prevention literature.
B. It shall have such other powers and perform such other
duties as are set forth in other sections of this Code and as may
be conferred and imposed upon it from time to time by the Board of
Trustees.
