A Finance Committee of seven members shall be
appointed by the Select Board for three-year overlapping terms of
office.
All appropriations articles shall be submitted
to the Committee for study prior to insertion in the warrant for any
Annual or Special Town Meeting. The Committee shall then submit its
recommendations thereon to the Town.
