The following fees for the provision of adequate
public utilities are adopted as follows:
A.
Site plans:
(1)
Multiple-family dwellings, per unit: $500.
(2)
Townhouses, per unit: $1,000.
(3)
Hotels, motels and motor lodges, rooming and boarding
houses, per unit: $500.
(4)
Marinas/tiered storage facilities, per slip/berth:
$50.
(5)
Any business, commercial and industrial building:
$0.50 per square foot of floor area.
C.
Detached single-family dwelling (fill-in lots), per
dwelling: $250.
