The following map, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof,[1] is officially approved as the Drug-Free School Zone Map for Snow Hill:
A. 
One-thousand-foot Drug-Free Safety Zone - Snow Hill Elementary School.
B. 
One-thousand-foot Drug-Free Safety Zone - Snow Hill Middle School.
C. 
One-thousand-foot Drug-Free Safety Zone - Snow Hill High School.
D. 
One-thousand-foot Drug-Free Safety Zone - Cedar Chapel Elementary School.

Editor's Note: The Drug-Free School Zone Map is filed with the town.
Said map shall remain in effect until modified or changed by resolution of the Mayor and Council.
Copies of this chapter and map shall be filed with the town and shall be maintained as an official record of the town and shall also be forwarded to the Snow Hill Police Department.
