Editor's Note: The preamble to this resolution read as follows:
"WHEREAS, Wicomico County, Maryland, and the City of Salisbury have jointly owned and managed the Salisbury-Wicomico County Airport pursuant to a Resolution dated June 26, 1965, and
"WHEREAS, by deed dated January 25, 1971, the said City of Salisbury has conveyed their interest in the said Airport to Wicomico County, Maryland, and by appropriate Resolution ceded any interest they may have in the contributing management of said Airport, and
"WHEREAS, the County Council of Wicomico County has determined it necessary to repeal the former Joint resolutions and adopt the hereinafter provided Resolution for the continuing management of and supervision of the Airport.
