The County Council of Wicomico County does hereby authorize and empower
any municipality located within said Wicomico County to construct and maintain
bridges within the corporate limits of any municipality over any rivers, streams
or other waterways situate therein, suitable for the use of the general public,
said municipality to pay for all costs of such construction and maintenance,
subject, nevertheless, to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations
pertaining thereto.
