A. 
All plumbing fixtures shall be maintained in a safe, usable condition and in accordance with the County's Plumbing Code.
B. 
Building drainage piping shall be properly installed, connected and maintained in working order and shall be kept free from obstructions, leaks and defects and capable of performing the function for which it is designed. All repairs and installations shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Building Code or the County's Plumbing Code.
C. 
All plumbing facilities shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition to prevent unhealthful conditions.
A. 
Within every dwelling unit there shall be a nonhabitable room (bathroom) which affords privacy to a person within such room and which is equipped with a flush toilet in good working condition. Such flush toilet shall be connected to a water system that at all times provides an adequate amount of running water under pressure to cause the water closet to be operated properly and shall be connected to a sewer system in accordance with the rules and regulations of the state Department of Health.
B. 
At least one flush water closet, properly connected to a water and sewer system in good working condition, shall be supplied for each four persons or fraction thereof residing within a boardinghouse, including members of the operator's family wherever they share the use of the facilities, provided that:
(1) 
In a boardinghouse where rooms are let only to males, flush urinals may be substituted for not more than 1/2 the required number of water closets.
(2) 
All such facilities shall be so located within the structure as to be reasonably accessible from a common hall or passageway to all persons sharing such facilities.
A. 
All dormitory housing, dwelling, and rooming units shall provide a room separate from habitable rooms which is equipped with a bathtub or shower and a lavatory supplied with hot and cold running water and connected to a sewer system.
B. 
Every lavatory basin and bathtub or shower shall be supplied with heated and unheated water on demand.
C. 
At least one bathtub, or shower and lavatory shall be supplied for each eight persons or fraction thereof residing within a boardinghouse, including members of the operator's family whenever they share the use of the facility provided.
The water supply system of every building used in whole or in part for dwelling purposes shall be furnished. The water supply system shall not be cross-connected to any other water system or a sewerage system.
Every dwelling unit shall have supplied water heating facilities which are properly installed, operated and maintained in a safe and good working condition and are properly connected to the bathtub or shower, sink and lavatory basin. Such water heating facilities shall be capable of heating water to a temperature of 110° F. and capable of meeting normal demands at every required outlet, even though the dwelling's heating facilities are not in operation. All gas-fired water heaters shall. be vented to the outside. Gas and liquid fuel water heaters are not permitted to be located in bedrooms.

Every plumbing fixture, plumbing stack, waste and sewer line shall be so installed and maintained as to function properly and shall be kept free from obstructions, leaks and defects to prevent structural deterioration or health hazards. All repairs and installations shall be made in accordance with the applicable codes or ordinances.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any foreign materials in any water closet/toilet, bathtub, shower, lavatory, kitchen sink or other plumbing fixture which may result in the obstruction of any sanitary sewer.
C. 
All plumbing facilities shall be maintained in a reasonably clean and sanitary condition to prevent insect and rodent breeding and prevent dangerous or offensive gases and odors.
