Pursuant to the right and authority conferred
by Subsection (24) of Section 9 of Article 81 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition) and amendments thereto,[1] raw materials on hand and manufactured products in the
hands of manufacturers in Wicomico County, Maryland, be and the same
are hereby exempted from Wicomico County taxation.

Said exemption shall be and become effective
on the first day of January 1971 and shall be and remain effective
for the period of 10 years, beginning on the first day of January
1971.
