A.
No individual, partnership or corporation shall operate
any public dance hall, roller skating rink or other place of amusement for
profit within the city limits without first obtaining a license to do so from
the City Clerk. Said license shall be upon such form as the City Clerk may
prescribe, and the fee for the same shall be $250 annually.
B.
All such licenses shall expire on December 31 after their
granting.
This article shall not apply to any activities whose licensing procedures
are covered specifically elsewhere in this Code.
