In conformance with RSA 286:3, the City of Franklin hereby establishes
a Licensing Board to consist of the Chief of Police, Mayor of the City of
Franklin and City Manager. All licenses and permits, with the exception of
motor vehicle licenses and permits, which are granted by the city shall be
distributed by the City Clerk upon such forms as he or she may require. Unless
otherwise noted within this Code, all licensing powers and discretion granted
to the City Council or Licensing Board are vested in said City Clerk. Any
appeal from the decision of the City Clerk shall be taken to the Licensing
Board as constituted above.
All fees for licenses or permits shall be as established by the City
Council unless otherwise enumerated in this Code.
