Town of Wolfeboro, NH Article III Travel, Snow and All-Terrain Vehicles

§ 164-21 Operation on Town property.

A. No self-propelled registered or unregistered motorized vehicle, including those commonly referred to as snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, minibikes, dirt bikes, quad runners, etc., shall be operated on any property under the jurisdiction of the Town of Wolfeboro.

B. The only exception to the foregoing shall be the use of such a vehicle on public lands of the Town in accordance with regulations promulgated specifically for the use of such a vehicle on said public lands.
