A.
All licenses or permits pertaining to fixed or temporary places of
business within the City must be posted and kept displayed at all
times in a conspicuous place at or on such location for which the
license or permit card was issued.
B.
All licensees or permittees without any fixed or temporary place
of business within the City shall at all times during which they are
engaged in the licensed or permitted business, trade, occupation or
activity carry in their possession the license or permit card issued
pursuant to this chapter and shall exhibit the same to any City official
or employee or other interested person upon request.
No person shall willfully or maliciously deface, damage or mutilate
any license or permit card or obliterate or alter any official entry
upon such card. Violation of this section shall be grounds for suspension
or revocation of the license or permit.
In the event that a license or permit card is lost or becomes
damaged or mutilated beyond repair through no intentional or willful
act or negligence on the part of the holder, a new card shall be obtained
from the licensing authority by filing a written statement setting
forth the circumstances of such loss, damage or mutilation and the
steps taken to recover the card, if lost, and by paying a fee of $1.
Issuance of more than one replacement card in a calendar year shall
be grounds for review of the application and possible suspension or
revocation.
In the performance of the business, trade, occupation or activity
for which a license or permit is issued, the holder of such license
or permit shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances
and regulations.
