A.
Trucks over four tons gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of any street described in Schedule VI except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, said Schedule VI being attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B.
Any tractor-trailer or any part of a tractor-trailer, including the cab or trailer, is hereby excluded from parking on any street, park, or municipal lot except for the pickup or delivery of materials on said streets.
C.
Any truck over four tons gross weight that is found parked on any street or parts of any street enumerated in Schedule VI of this chapter (§ 170-55), and that is not actively engaged in the pickup and delivery of materials on said streets, shall be towed, under the direction of the Police Department or other City official so designated by the City Manager, to the City Garage or any other place designated by the Chief of Police (or in the absence of the Chief, other chief law enforcement officer) for impoundment, subject to redemption by the owner upon payment of the reasonable cost of towing and storage.
D.
Any tractor-trailer or any part of a tractor-trailer, including the cab or trailer, that is found parked on any street, park or municipal lot, and that is not actively engaged in the pickup and delivery of materials at said locations, shall be towed, under the direction of the Police Department, or other City official so designated by the City Manager, to the City Garage or any other place designated by the Chief of Police (or in the absence of the Chief, other chief law enforcement officer) for impoundment, subject to redemption by the owner upon payment of the reasonable cost of towing and storage.
