Any active member of the Haledon Fire Department
may request a transfer to another fire company of the Borough of Haledon
by writing to the Chief of the company that the member is in.
A member shall be allowed one transfer between
companies while a member of the Haledon Fire Department except under
special circumstances with the approval of the Chief of the Haledon
Fire Department and the Mayor and Council.
