The position of Recycling Coordinator of the
Borough of Haledon is hereby created.
Said duties shall be as designated by the Mayor
and Council and other duties as provided by law.
The term of office of the Recycling Coordinator
shall be fixed at a term of one year. The appointment of the Recycling
Coordinator shall be made by the Mayor with the advice and consent
of the Council.
