No person or persons, firm, partnership or corporation shall conduct
a carnival or traveling show of any nature whatsoever within the Borough of
Haledon.

Any person or persons, firm, partnership or corporation violating this
chapter or any section thereof shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $500
or 90 days in jail, or both, in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.[1]
