The Township Committee of the Township of Hamilton hereby authorizes the execution and delivery of a deed to real estate from the Township of Hamilton to the Hamilton Township Municipal Utilities Authority, the description therefor hereinafter set forth as follows: All that certain tract or parcel of land or premises situate in the Township of Hamilton, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the curved southeasterly line of Harding Highway with a small stream, said stream being located as measured along said curved and tangent southeasterly line of Harding Highway, 300 feet more or less from the curved northeasterly right-of-way line of West Jersey and Seashore Railroad, and extending from said beginning point; thence northeastwardly curving to the right along the said curved southeasterly line of Harding Highway, 100 feet; thence southeasterly along a line radial to the last-mentioned course, 75 feet; thence southwestwardly curving to the left along a line parallel to and concentric with the first course herein, 95 feet more or less to the center line of the aforementioned small stream; thence northwestwardly upstream along said center line the various courses and distances thereof, 75 feet more or less to the point and place of beginning.
Deed for the above-described property shall be delivered to an authorized representative of Hamilton Township Municipal Utilities Authority for no consideration; provided, however, that said Authority shall pay all costs of recording the same.
The proper officials of the township are authorized and directed to take necessary action to carry out the intent of this article.
