There is hereby created the position of Community
Education/Recreation (CER) Director.[1]
The nature and extent of services to be performed
by said CER Director are as defined in the contract on file with the
Township Administrator and open to public inspection at the Administrator's
office forthwith upon introduction of this article. Said contract
further describes the measurable standards of the level, quality and
scope of the performance of said CER Director, with specific assignment
and allocation of responsibility for meeting such standards between
the Township of Hamilton and the Township of Hamilton Board of Education.
