The position of Cove Day Manager for the Township of Hamilton is hereby established.
A. 
Cove Day Manager shall be selected by the Community Recreation Director.
B. 
The term of employment shall begin Memorial Day weekend and end following Labor Day weekend.
C. 
The Cove Day Manager shall receive as salary such sums as may be fixed and adopted by the Township Committee in the Annual Wage and Salary Ordinance.[1]

The Cove Day Manager shall perform such duties and functions as are necessary to manage the Cove, which shall include but not be limited to managing and scheduling beach badge checkers and lifeguards, handling and depositing cash from beach tag sales, and patron relations to ensure the smooth operation of the Cove.
Any person serving as Cove Day Manager shall hold a CPR certification.
