The position of Deputy Finance Officer for the
Township of Hamilton is hereby established.
The qualifications for the position of Deputy
Finance Officer shall be set by the Township Committee. The nature
and extent of services performed by said Deputy Finance Officer are
as defined in a job description approved by the Township Committee
and set forth in the contract on file with the Township Clerk and
open to public inspection at the Township Clerk's office forthwith
upon introduction of this article.
The salary for the position of Deputy Finance
Officer shall be established by ordinance.
