The position of Civilian Evidence Technician
in the Township of Hamilton is hereby created and established.
The qualifications for the position of Civilian
Evidence Technician shall be established by the Township Committee.
The nature and extent of services performed by said Civilian Evidence
Technician shall be as defined in a job description approved by the
Township Committee and on file with the Township Clerk and open to
public inspection at the Township Clerk's Office forthwith upon introduction
of this article.
The salary ranges for the position of Civilian
Evidence Technician shall be established by the Township Committee
in negotiation with the Hamilton Township Independent Union Teamsters
Local 331, IBT. The annual salary of the Civilian Evidence Technician
shall be in accordance with the terms and provisions of Hamilton Township
Independent Union Teamsters Local 331, IBT contract in effect at the
time of the adoption of this article and its successor contracts.
