No person, partnership, company, corporation or association shall possess, sell, distribute or transport any alcoholic beverage in the Township of Hamilton, in the County of Atlantic, New Jersey, in violation of any of the provisions of N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et seq., and the supplements thereto and amendments thereof, and any of the provisions of this article.
The Township Committee of the Township of Hamilton, in the County of Atlantic, New Jersey, is hereby constituted as the proper issuing authority to administer the issuance of all licenses as herein provided.
All licenses granted shall be issued in conformity with and shall be subject to the terms and provisions of N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et seq., and the supplements thereto and amendments thereof.

A. 
Annual license fees shall be as follows:
(1) 
Plenary retail consumption license: $420.
(2) 
Plenary retail distribution license: $240.
(3) 
Club license: $60.
B. 
Fees established in Subsection A of this section shall be increased 20% of the previously established fee each year at the time of renewal, and such increases shall continue until the maximum statutory fee for each category of license is reached. See attached Exhibit A.[1]

C. 
All license fees hereunder shall be paid with cash, certified check or money order, and the full amount thereof must accompany each license renewal application when presented.

No seasonal retail consumption license shall be issued.
B. 
Not more than two club licenses shall be issued.

A. 
No licensee shall sell, serve, deliver or allow, permit or suffer the sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverage, or permit the consumption of any alcoholic beverage on licensed premises, on weekdays and Sundays between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the same day.
B. 
During the hours that sales are prohibited, the entire licensed premises shall also be closed, but this closing of premises provision shall not apply to hotels or to restaurants as defined in N.J.S.A. 33:1-1t.

No applicant shall hereafter be granted a plenary retail consumption license unless the premises for which said license is granted contains at least 1,000 square feet of floor space used exclusively in the conduct of said business and is equipped to supply hot and cold running water behind the bar, and such service shall be maintained upon such licensed premises during the term of the license.
Premises for which a plenary retail consumption license is granted must be equipped with inside separate toilets for both men and women.
On any premises for which a license shall have been granted, no music for dancing shall be played except during such hours as alcoholic beverages may be sold thereon.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation and officers thereof who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof before the Judge or other proper official, be subject to a fine of not more than $200 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the Judge or other proper official, and in addition thereto may have his, her or its license revoked by the Township Committee of the Township of Hamilton, in the County of Atlantic, New Jersey, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 33:1-31.
All alcoholic beverage regulations heretofore adopted are hereby repealed.
