Pursuant to Ord. No. 5A-60, adopted 8-11-1960, the Township Committee entered into a contract with the Sewerage Authority conveying the Township-owned sewage system to the Authority along with the right to use certain lands and properties and interests therein which are necessary and useful for Authority purposes. Said ordinance and the contract authorized thereby are on file in the office of the Township Clerk.
