The fees required in connection with or for each application for development, soil erosion, sediment control plan, flood hazard development permit, zoning review, or any other permit or approval procedure pursuant to this chapter, shall be as specified in Chapter 171 of the Township Code.
Where an application is made under more than one section of this chapter or the Township Code (for example, site plan and variance, subdivision and grading permit, etc.), the filing fee shall be the sum of the applicable fees unless specifically provided to the contrary.
Fees for applications or for the rendering of any service by the Planning Board or the Board of Adjustment or any member of their administrative staffs which are not otherwise provided by this chapter may be provided for and adopted by either such Board as part of its rules and regulations.
The Harding Township Board of Education shall be exempt from any fees in connection with development applications or any other administrative requirements provided for in this chapter.
