The New Vernon Village Redevelopment Plan, prepared
by Susan C. Kimball, Professional Planner, dated March 6, 2003, is
hereby adopted as the redevelopment plan for the redevelopment area.

The New Vernon Village Redevelopment Plan: Implementation
Program and Policies, prepared by Susan C. Kimball, PP, dated November
19, 2003, is hereby adopted as a supplement to the redevelopment plan
for the redevelopment area.
The Harding Township Zoning Map is hereby amended
to provide that the lots included in the redevelopment area shall
be designated as the "New Vernon Redevelopment Area," and the Zoning
Map shall be revised accordingly.
The Harding Township Committee shall act as
a redevelopment agency and is hereby authorized to use all the powers
and authority granted pursuant to the Redevelopment Law to undertake
the New Vernon Village Redevelopment Plan.[1]
