It shall be unlawful for any person to permit
any horses, cattle, swine, goats or other animals or any poultry of
any kind whatever owned, kept, harbored or maintained by him to run
at large in the Township of Hillsborough in the County of Somerset.
It shall be unlawful for any person to cause,
allow, suffer or permit any horses, cattle, swine, goats or other
animals or any poultry of any kind whatever kept, harbored or maintained
by him in the Township of Hillsborough in the County of Somerset to
trespass upon the lands of any other person or in any manner to destroy
or damage any property, either real or personal, of any other person.
The word "person" as herein used shall be construed
to include natural persons, firms, partnerships, associations and
corporations, and the masculine gender shall be construed to include
both the feminine and the neuter genders.
