No person shall at any time park, or leave standing unattended by a licensed driver, a vehicle (other than a duly authorized police, emergency or fire-fighting vehicle and equipment; or a school bus generally attended within the bus by a licensed driver but only momentarily not so attended, because of duties near the bus, by such driver), within the fire zones designated at the Holland Township Public School (which is located along Route 519 in this Township). Such fire zones are described in Schedule XII (§ 170-32), attached to and made part of this chapter. Furthermore, with respect to the fire zone designated as Subsection A in said § 170-32, during the time school busses are present for loading or unloading of school pupils, no vehicle (other than a vehicle authorized as stated in § 170-16.1) shall stand in said fire lane or fire zone, whether for the purpose of loading or unloading passengers or otherwise.
