It shall be legal to conduct games of chance, commonly known as "bingo" or "raffles," as defined by the Bingo and Raffles licensing laws of 1954, on Sunday within the Township of Independence.

The fees to the Township for all licenses for games of chance shall be $10. This shall be in addition to the fees set by and payable to the State of New Jersey.
