The Recorder shall attend and electronically record all meetings of
the Township Board of Health and preserve the recordings thereof.
The Recorder shall work such hours as are necessary to perform the foregoing
services.
The Recorder shall be compensated for each meeting attended and recorded,
which amount shall be set by the Board at its first meeting of each year and
be effective as of the first day of that year. The Recorder shall be required
to periodically submit vouchers for approval by the Board of Health.
